EMBROIDERY INSPIRATION
This stitch color palette was inspired by the butterfly garden embroidery designed a while ago. I really wanted to achieve a colorful vibe with a slightly vintage touch.
DMC TO ANCHOR EMBROIDERY COLOR CONVERSION CHART
DMC and Anchor are the most commonly used brands of stranded cotton. They both have a wide variety of colors and are made of good-quality stranded cotton.
You can use both brands together for a project, for example, substitute one shade of DMC floss with ANCHOR floss, but please note that is not possible to provide a perfect color match between brands.
The Butterflies stitch color palette is using the following shades of thread: Blue Ultra Very Light, Blue Light, Carnation Medium, Beige Brown Ultra Very Light, Dusty Rose Light, Aquamarine Very Light, Coffee Brown Very Dark, Mocha Beige Medium, Wedgewood Very Dark, Old Gold Very Light, Avocado Grn Very Light, Orange Spice Dark, Pumpkin Pale, and Black Brown.
