DMC and Anchor are the most commonly used brands of stranded cotton. They both have a wide variety of colors and are made of good-quality stranded cotton. The Black Swan Color Palette uses the following shades of thread: Antique Mauve Very Light, Baby Blue Ultra Very Dark, Baby Blue Very Dark, Antique Blue Medium, Raspberry Medium, Raspberry Dark.
