DMC TO ANCHOR EMBROIDERY COLOR CONVERSION CHART
DMC and Anchor are the most commonly used brands of stranded cotton. They both have a wide variety of colors and are made of good-quality stranded cotton. The thread is comprised of six strands, which can be easily separated as you might want to stitch with less than 6 strands depending on your project.
The European Butterflies Kaleidoscope Color Palette uses the following shades of thread: Autumn Gold Medium, Autumn Gold Dark, Peacock Blue Light, Aquamarine, Aquamarine Very Light, Baby Blue Dark. Feel free to adapt these color suggestions to suit your projects.

You can use both brands together for a project, for example, substitute one shade of DMC floss with ANCHOR floss, but please note that is not possible to provide a perfect color match between brands.
